II. Nanocrystalline toroidal core for high-voltage mutual inductor
Model: JCO-1K1NP-d1d2h
Feature: This kind of core can be used in the power transmission, and the devices can work under the high-voltage and current. It is difficult to treat into high-performance state because of its bigger inner diameter and volume of core. Technical parameters for Bm, Hm and 8 data corresponding table of this kind of NC core.

III. Nanocrystalline toroidal core for precise current mutual inductor
Model: JCO-1K1NP-d1d2h
Feature: This kind of core is mainly used to manufacture precise current mutual inductor for instrument and meter test. The core should have higher initial permeability. And in general, size of common cores is smaller, it needs to wind more secondary coil.

IV. Peak suppressor Co-based and nanocrystalline toroidal core
Model: JCO-1K11K1NZ-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K2Z-d1d2h
Feature: This kind of miniature core called bead is mainly used to protect high-power rectifier diode and triode, and to suppress peak oscillation impulse caused by instantaneous transformation and junction capactiance. Core should have high squareness ratio and low AC coercive force Hc.

V. Nanocrystalline toroidal core for zero sequence current mutual inductor
Model: JCO-1K1NP-d1d2h
Feature: According to the requirements of grounding leakage interrupter with different specifications, other core should show good enough temperature and time stability, to bear impact of heavy impulse current, therefore, the core should have low Br together with high initial magnetic permittivity and low coercive force.

VI. Co-based amorphous and Fe-based nanocrystalline toroidal core for saturable reactor
Model: JCO-1K1NZ-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K2Z-d1d2h
Feature: This kind of core should have lower coercive force Hc, higher squareness ratio ¦Á(£¾0.9) and high differential permebility ¦Ìdif around Hc under operating frequency. Generally speaking, ¦Áof Co-based amorphous core annealed in longitudinal magnetic-field can reach above 0.98 under the condition of 100KHz; while of Co-based amorphous core without longitudinal magnetic-field annealing is only about 0.95, and of magnetic flux density amplitude value available is only around 0.85 of the former. Although nanocrystalline alloy annealed appropriately has lower and higher coercive force Hc, its price is lower than Co-based amorphous alloy, so it can be used in the light of the specific situation.

VII. Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy of rectangular core
Model: JCC-1K1NP-abch¡¡JCC-1K1TP-abch¡¡JCC-1K1TG-abcd
Feature: This kind of rectangular core can be used as both core of power transformer and inductor with air gap. The core must be solidified after annealing and cutting. The magnetic properties of the core are lower than those of the core only subjecting annealing because of the influences of high-temperature crystalization on the end surface and the stress during cutting.

VIII. Fe-based amorphous alloy toroidal core for high frequency inductor
Model: JCO-1K1TF-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K1TG-d1d2h
Feature: The flat DC loop for this kind of core can be obtained by the special treatment or by inserting shim after normal annealing and cutting. Material of the core should have high Bs and low core loss. Magnetic permeability of core with air gap and core subjected crystallization treatment is 80-320 and 320-1500 respectively.

IX. Amorphous and nanocrystalline toroidal and rectangular core for power transformer
Model: JCO-1K1TP-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K1NP-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K2P-d1d2h
Feature: Core made by different materials can be selected according to different operating frequency. Fe-based amorphous core can be used for several KHz, and Co-based amorphous and nanocrystalline core can be used if from several KHz to hundreds of KHz.

X. Toroidal core of pulse transformer for integrated services digital network (ISDN)
Model: JCO-1K1NF-d1d2h ¡¡JCO-1K2F-d1d2h
Feature: The kind of Co-based amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy core subjected special treatment have flat hysteresis loop and high constant permittivity.

XI. Amorphous alloy magnetic sensor ribbon
Model: JCR-1K1T¡¡JCR-1K2
Feature: This kind of sensor ribbon is only 2mm wide and can generally be used in quenched state.
